I Think I Just Got a Light Boner (Ever So Slightly NSFW)

via WonderHowTo World, Cinematography:

A friend of mine sent this site to me a year ago: Light Boner. And if it were updated more often, it'd be my home page. Designer/Developer Jarred Bishop curates this jaw-dropping collection of epic-light photos. Seriously, a lot of these photos look like stills from the most visually important films you've never seen. Here's a smattering:

A person standing in a dimly lit space with a beam of light shining down.

Woman with long blonde hair standing in a forest during autumn.

A lone figure sitting in a darkened theater among empty seats.

A toddler in a diaper holding an adult's hand, standing on wooden flooring.

Skateboarders riding in sunset light.

Abandoned gas station in foggy night lighting.

Person standing in a smoky environment during sunset.

Silhouette of a figure standing in fog with headlights illuminating the scene.

Construction worker sitting on rubble at a building site.

Kenworth trucks parked at a service area at night.

Serene forest scene with sunlight filtering through trees.

A woman reading near a window with cityscape reflections.

Silhouette of a person standing in an industrial space with dramatic lighting.

Woman in a black outfit standing alone on a wet street at night, illuminated by green streetlights.
